Account Manager - Compensation: Commission + bonuses in Salt Lake City, Utah

Bastion Technologies is an international company with its headquarters in Salt Lake City, Utah and satellite offices in Taipei, Taiwan, and Shenzhen, China. The company specializes in cost effective, energy efficient lighting systems. The candidate will report to the Director of Sales.
Key Responsiblities will be as follows: 1. Plan and prioritize sales activties and personal time to optimize prospects and productivity. 2. Plan and manage a business portfolio within your assigned territory or market area. Daily, weekly and monthly quotas will be assigned. 3. Maintain existing customers and develop new customers through ethical sales methods to optimize quality, business growth and customer satisfaction. 4. Utilize in house training to become familiar with existing products, new products and new marketing campaigns. This will aid in business development, knowledge base, sales techniques and communication skills. 5. Respond to and follow up on all sales inquiries. 6. Attend weekly sales meetings, and use the Bastion Technologies sales system to record leads, referrals and prospects.

We are seeking a professional, environmentally conscious, experienced sales person with at least three years experience. Knowledge of lighting concepts preferred, but not required. This is a commission only position with tremendous potential. Exciting sales incentives/bonuses included.
