Fast paced seasonal company is looking for a person with excellent communication and computer skills. Responsibiities include answering phones, inputting orders, communicating with customers, and scheduling freight appointments.
Job Description:
?Answer all incoming call. Direct calls as needed to appropriate department/individual.
? Input all sales orders into database and send out confirmations.
? Setting up trucks to transport orders and scheduling frieght appointments.
Experience with dispatch would be helpful.
? Respond to all inbound product and customer question and problems.
? Support staff on special projects as needed.
Required Skills:
? Exceptional service attitude - in halding customer questions and complaints
? Ability to communicate effectively
? Able to perform under stress and ability to multi-task well on a computer while phones are ringing.
? Database experince; Excellent computer skills.
