Fast-paced manufacturing company is looking for a person with excellent customer service skills. Responsibilities include answering phones, inputting orders, communicating with customers, and scheduling freight appointments. The ideal candidate will be able to handle high-stressful situations and be able to multitask.
Starting pay - $10/hr.
8-5 Monday - Friday

Job Description:
Answer incoming calls. Direct calls as needed to appropriate department/individual.
Input sales orders into database and send out confirmations.
Schedule freight appointments to pick-up orders. Experience with dispatch would be extremely helpful.
Respond to all inbound product and customer questions and problems. Ability to resolve customer issues in a professional and friendly manner.
Support staff on special projects as needed.
