Each group has 4-8 participants, 3 three hour sessions per week and 1 one-on-one session with each participant per week. All sessions are over the internet so you can work at home. Pay is higher than industry standards to attract only the best clinicians. Full time 70K plus for full time. Part time therapists or those wishing to supplement income from an existing practice are invited to apply.
Coordinators will oversee 5 other therapists and be responsible for supervision, some training, cover sessions in the event of absenteeism. These therapists are generally conducting their own sessions and overseeing as a supplement to their income at a premium rate. Must have organizational skills.
Qualifications: Must be currently licensed and at least Masters level of education.Experience and passion for group IOP sessions in substance abuse treatment is essential. Professionals trained and experienced in the Matrix system
