Tooele in Salt Lake City, Utah

Valley Behavioral Health is seeking 2 therapists for our outpatient Tooele program servicing adults with a variety of mental health and substance use disorders. This is a contract employee position with a flexible schedule working up to 32 hrs/wk.
 
Therapists will provide direct clinical services to clients while ensuring expectations for excellent client care, fiscal responsibilities, regulatory compliance and clinical standards are met. May monitor and evaluate clinical work of interns, students, case managers, para professionals and/or trainees to ensure appropriate treatment and client care.
 
Requirements
Graduation from an accredited college or university with a Master?s degree in  Social Work
Minimum licensure CMHC, LCSW or LMFT
Supervisory experience
Spanish Speaking preferred
Essential Job Functions
Direct clinical services including interviews, evaluates and assesses clients to create treatment plans and provide quality care
Provides psychotherapy to clients including individual, group, couple and/or family therapy
Treatment planning
Care coordination
Documentation
Crisis intervention
Provides regular supervision
Perform varied administrative duties
